ALG has operated in various ways since 2016, hosting exhibitions and projects and sourcing artwork for clients.
Alexandra Lawson graduated from the University of Southern Queensland with a PhD in 2015, under the supervision of Dr Kyle Jenkins. Since completing her PhD she has founded the Alexandra Lawson Gallery and Raygun Project gallery (with Tarn McLean), bringing visiting international artists to Toowoomba. She has worked with the Toowoomba Regional Art Gallery (TRAG) on a Regional Arts Development project to bring noted artists and practitioners to the Toowoomba Region. Ali has worked on exhibitions, introduced new technologies and programs, hosted visiting artists and managed operational and procedural logistics.
